Beta conditions

The price

During the beta, A Trazos is free. When the beta ends it will have a price: we’ll let you know in advance, before anything changes, and we’ll never charge you anything without telling you first.

There is no price yet, and no date for the end of the beta. The rewards in these conditions apply once A Trazos has a price.

Points for each contribution

In the app, under More → Feedback, you tell us what goes wrong, what you don’t need and what your trade needs. Every contribution we accept earns points for your workshop:

• A bug we confirm and fix: 10 points.
• An idea we turn into a task: 10 points. If it is also published in the app, 15 more points.
• If the bug is serious — data lost, something wrong with money, or a date worked out wrongly: 10 more points.
• Trying a new feature and telling us how it works in your workshop: 5 points.

What counts and what doesn’t

• A contribution counts once we have accepted it, while it is in development or once it is published. The change does not have to be built yet.
• While we are receiving it, reviewing it or asking you for more information, it does not count yet: it counts when we decide. If we reject it, it never counts.
• If two workshops propose the same thing, the points go to the one that sent it first. An identical proposal that arrives later counts as support for the first one; that support earns whoever sent it first 5 points, once only.
• We may cancel the points for invented or abusive proposals.

Points belong to the workshop

• A workshop’s points are the sum of the points of everyone on its team.
• Rewards apply to the workshop’s subscription.

Levels and rewards

Rewards apply once A Trazos has a price. Levels do not add up: each workshop gets the reward of the level it is at on the day of the final snapshot.

• First stroke, from 0 points: Early access to new features.
• Sketch, from 25 points: 3 months at 25% off.
• Piece, from 75 points: 1 month free.
• Masterpiece, from 150 points: 1 month free and 25% off the first year.
• The workshop with the most points at the end of the beta: 3 months free, on top of its level’s reward.

The first year is the 12 paid months that follow the free month.

When it closes: the final snapshot

1. We will announce the end of the beta 15 days before it ends, by email and with a notice in the app.
2. The day of the announcement closes contributions for the rewards. Anything you send from then on will still be read and answered, but it no longer counts for the rewards.
3. During those 15 days we review everything still pending that was sent before the close.
4. On the last day of the beta we take the final snapshot: each workshop’s points for contributions sent before the close that are accepted, in development or published on that day.
5. If the end of the beta moves, the final snapshot moves with it, and we give 15 days’ notice again.

Ties

If several workshops tie for first place, the one that reached that score first wins, going by the dates on which we accepted its contributions.

Conditions of the rewards

• They apply only if the workshop subscribes after the beta, and they must start being used within the first 3 months after the beta ends.
• They cannot be exchanged for money or passed to another workshop.
• The 25% discount is worked out on the price in force at that moment.
• If a workshop or an account is deleted before the final snapshot, its points are lost.

Privacy

We never publish the ranking or any workshop’s points. We will only say which workshop came first if it gives us permission.
