Delete your account and your data
You can delete your A Trazos account and your data whenever you like: from the app or, without it, by email.
From the app
- Open A Trazos and sign in to your account.
- Go to More → Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and follow the steps.
Your account is deactivated straight away and deleted after 30 days. If you change your mind, sign in to A Trazos again within those 30 days and the deletion is cancelled.
This is set out in section 8 of our Privacy policy.
Without the app, by email
Write to privacidad@atrazos.app from your account’s email address and tell us you want it deleted. If a workshop is yours, also tell us whether you want to transfer it — and to whom on its team — or close it.
We will reply, and your account follows the same path: it is deactivated and deleted within 30 days. If we cannot confirm that the request is yours, we will ask you to prove it.
If a workshop is yours
Before deleting your account, you choose what happens to the workshop:
- Transfer it to another member of its team. The workshop carries on, with its orders, its customers and its catalogue, and that person becomes its owner.
- Close it. The workshop’s data and its orders are kept for 30 days and then deleted. During those days the workshop’s customers can still open their order pages, which show how many days are left.
If you are part of a workshop’s team
Your account and your personal data are deleted. Orders, customers and the catalogue belong to the workshop and stay; your name stops appearing on them.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted:
- Your account and your profile: name, email address, phone, photo, date of birth, country, language and preferences.
- If you close your workshop, also its data (showcase, catalogue, prices, terms and photos), its customers, its orders and the requests received through its showcase.
What may be kept, for how long and why is set by our Privacy policy. This is its section 8, word for word:
Data Period Workshop account and its data For as long as the account is active. If you ask for it to be deleted, we deactivate it and delete it after 30 days (during that period you can change your mind by signing in again) Data of a workshop’s customers As long as the workshop decides while its account is active (it can delete or anonymise a customer from the app); when the account is closed, the data is deleted with it Requests sent from a showcase For as long as the workshop needs them to manage the request and the order; they are deleted when the workshop’s account is closed Record of acceptances and consents For as long as the account exists and, after that, until the limitation period expires for any legal actions in which it might be needed as evidence Content notices and moderation decisions For as long as needed to handle them and deal with any complaints, and for no more than three years Error reports and providers’ technical logs Each provider’s retention periods, normally a few weeks Where a law requires us to keep some data for longer, we will keep it blocked (available only to judges and authorities) until that period ends (article 32 of the LOPDGDD).
If you sign in with Facebook, Google or Apple
Deleting your A Trazos account does not remove A Trazos from your Facebook, Google or Apple account. To remove it there too:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → A Trazos → Remove.
- Google: at https://myaccount.google.com, Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → A Trazos → delete the connection.
- Apple: on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → A Trazos → stop using it.
And the other way round: removing A Trazos there does not delete your A Trazos account. For that, follow the steps above.
If you are a workshop’s customer
You have no A Trazos account: your order’s data belongs to the workshop, which decides what happens to it. Ask the workshop to delete it; its contact details are on its showcase or in its terms. If you write to us at privacidad@atrazos.app, we will pass your request on to the workshop and help it reply to you.
