1. Who provides the service

In compliance with article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE, the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), we inform you that A Trazos (the app for workshops and the website https://atrazos.app together, “A Trazos” or “the service”) is a service of:

2. What A Trazos is and what it is not

A Trazos is a tool for craft workshops that work to order: it helps them organise orders, dates, designs, production and payments. It also hosts what each workshop decides to publish: its showcase (atrazos.app/w/…), its terms of sale and the order pages it shares with its customers.

A Trazos does not sell any of the products shown in the showcases, is not a party to the contracts between workshops and their customers, does not set prices, does not collect payments on behalf of workshops and does not review in advance what each workshop publishes. Each workshop is solely responsible for its content, products, prices, terms and sales, and must identify itself in its showcase or in its terms.

With regard to that content, A Trazos acts as a provider of a hosting service within the meaning of article 16 of the LSSI-CE and article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, “DSA”): when we obtain actual knowledge that content is illegal, we act expeditiously to remove it or to disable access to it. How we do this is set out in the Content and conduct policy (https://atrazos.app/normas).

4. Use of the website

Access to the website is free of charge and open to everyone. Anyone who uses it undertakes to do so lawfully and in accordance with the Terms and conditions (https://atrazos.app/terminos), which include the terms of use for customers and visitors.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The name “A Trazos”, its logo, the design of the app and of the website and their code belong to the owner or are used under licence from their authors. The website’s typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without authorisation, except where the law allows it.

The content each workshop publishes (photographs, texts, designs, names and trade marks) belongs to the workshop or to its rightful owners, not to A Trazos. If you believe that some content infringes your rights, let us know at https://atrazos.app/denunciar

6. Links to other sites

Showcases and order pages may link to sites we do not control, such as a workshop’s profile on a social network or a WhatsApp conversation that you open yourself. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data: they are governed by their own terms.

7. Data protection and cookies

How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy policy (https://atrazos.app/privacidad). What is stored on your device or browser is explained in the Cookie policy (https://atrazos.app/cookies).

8. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
