About A Trazos

Where it comes from
A Trazos was born watching a real embroidery workshop at work. Orders came in on WhatsApp and Instagram: the measurements in one screenshot, the design in another, and the delivery date in the memory of whoever had promised it.
It was not disorder: it was a craft that had grown faster than its tools. A notebook copes with a handful of orders. When many arrive at once, one slip is enough for a date to get away.
So we built the tool that workshop was missing, and every workshop that works the same way.
A date you promise is a promise, not a guess.
Why «A Trazos»
In Spanish, «a trazos» means stroke by stroke. Embroidery is never made in one go: it takes shape a stroke at a time, stitch after stitch. A ceramic piece, a piece of furniture or a commissioned cake is the same: layer by layer, with patience, in the hands of someone who knows how.
That is how we want running your workshop to feel: every order in its place, one after another, with none lost along the way.

We want people who make things by hand to be able to name a date without fear, charge fairly, and spend the day on the craft instead of the paperwork.
How it works
All of A Trazos rests on two simple ideas.
A workshop is not an appointment book
A workshop does not hand out half-hour slots: it spreads hours of skilled work across weeks. So A Trazos counts the free hours of each skill, week by week — embroidery hours are no use for assembly — and keeps a person’s time apart from a machine’s: a 3D printer can work through the night without taking up anyone.
The promise that matters is the date you can keep
Your customer tells you when their day is — the wedding will not move — and, if they like, when they would love to have it. You answer with a committed date, worked out from your real capacity. Only that one is a promise, and from it A Trazos counts backwards, allowing for shipping and a safety margin, to the day the piece has to be finished.
For your customer
Your customer does not have to sign up for anything. You send them a link, and from there they confirm the order is theirs, approve the design and watch it take shape. Fewer «how’s mine going?» messages, more time for the workshop.
A showcase to share
If you want to be found, your showcase brings together your products, your prices — or «on request» — and your finished work on one public page. Whoever visits it can message you on WhatsApp or Instagram with the text already written.
Your data is yours
- Your workshop’s data belongs to your workshop. No other workshop can see it.
- Your customers’ data is there to handle their orders, and for nothing else.
- If someone asks us to delete their data, we delete it.
